Discovering more uses for Booze Burner

You may have heard of or seen this colorful package called Booze Burner. Its brightly colored packaging reminds some people of those multi-hour energy shots. Inside the packet you will find a couple of little blue and white capsules. These “Booze Burners” are engineered as alcohol metabolizers so the body can recover from the ethanol (aka. booze) in alcoholic beverages at a much faster rate than normal. This stuff really works! This all natural blend of enzymes, vitamins and minerals is your ticket to avoiding a hangovers in the first place.

Besides the obvious benefits to drinkers, there are a few other uses of Booze Burner, even if you’re not a drinker. These little capsules can help you detoxify, restore energy and lose weight!

Detox

Many of the toxins we ingest are absorbed in two primary ways: a) through your aqueous (water) system and b) your fat cells (i.e. non-aqueous system). Typically when a person drinks alcohol, you can make yourself “toxic” since the alcohol is mixed with water. There are a host of other water soluble toxins we take in such as those found in refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, starchy foods like pasta, junk food (many containing excess salt), acidic sodas, and some found in coffees and teas. Other toxins such as pesticides, some oils and fats, the byproducts of artificial sweeteners, some medications and recreational drugs, and environmental pollutants tend to be stored in your fat cells.

The foods you should avoid eating while you detox are:

Red meat: Avoid it while on a detox diet, because red meat is harder to digest and contains a high level of fats. It should also be avoided because it contains a high level of salt and food additives. Replace red meat with chicken, fish and eggs.

Refined carbohydrates: Refined carbohydrates, including cookies, biscuits or anything you are tempted to snack on.

Fats: Fats like butter, margarine, fried foods and mayonnaise are off limits too. Use virgin olive oil in your cooking and on salads.

Refined sugar: Avoid eating foods full of additives, including those containing excess sugar. Cold cuts are full of food additives which intoxicate your body. During a detox diet, don’t eat junk food.

No beverages: Don’t drink regular tea, coffee or soda pops. Drink at least 8 cups of water daily, natural plant teas and freshly made fruit and vegetable juices.

Another deterrent to good health is stress, which triggers your body to release stress hormones into your system. While these hormones can provide the ‘adrenaline rush’ to win a race or meet a deadline, in large amounts they create toxins and slow down detoxification enzymes in the liver.

We suggest eating some of the right foods (see below), drinking plenty of water and replenishing those lost electrolytes with Booze Burner. Exercise, sit in the sauna and “sweat out” the toxins you may have consumed. Booze Burner is packed with anti-oxidants (vitamin C and vitamin E), and nicotinamide, which is a powerhouse to help push out toxins. In fact, nicotinamide has been use as an effective treatment for acne and used by some cancer patients in combination with intravenous vitamin C. Booze Burner contains calcium, magnesium and potassium (which are lost during exercise or hard drinking) and milk thistle which helps repair your liver.

Aside from the wonders of Booze Burner and water, there are many natural foods that help a body detoxify. Here are a few:

Green leafy vegetables: Green leafy vegetables are our greatest friends in detoxifying the liver. They have great chlorophyll content and can be consumed in diverse forms; raw, juiced, in gravies, etc. Since the ancient times, they’ve been a favored remedy for people with a toxic build-up.

Fruit: They’re full of essential nutrients like Vitamin C, fiber, nutritious fluids, and a variety of healthy antioxidants. Besides, nothing tastes better than a ripe mango, fresh berries or a perfect pear.

Lemons: Lemons are an all time favorite. They have the ability to convert toxins into water-soluble components that are easily flushed away. Vitamin C content in lemons is very high, and C is considered the “detox vitamin”.

Green tea: Green tea has a great detoxifying effect and contains an antioxidant known for washing out toxin concentrations. An added advantage is that green tea suppresses the appetite, thus helping fight obesity.

Garlic: Garlic can be combined with anything. It can be put in salads and added to various spreads. It is extremely beneficial to the heart and helps to flush out waste from the liver by stimulating its enzymes.

Sesame seeds: They’re credited with protecting liver cells from the damaging effects of alcohol and other chemicals.

Broccoli: Broccoli is part of a diet used for weight reduction, along with black beans. They pack 20 to 50 times more cancer-fighting, enzyme-stimulating activity into each bite than the fully grown vegetable.

Cabbage: There are two main types of detoxifying enzymes in the liver and this potent veggie helps activate both of them.

Beetroot: It contains methionine, one of the main detox enzymes. Beetroot also absorbs waterborne pollutants.

Acai Berry: The Acai Berry is a purple fruit from jungles of Brazil and Peru. It has high quantities of unsaturated fat and healthy pulp, which make detoxification very easy for the body.

Avocado: It contains an antioxidant, glutathione, which binds with fat soluble toxins such as alcohol.

Seaweed: Contains ingredients called alginates that prevent the body from absorbing heavy metals.

Restore Energy

If you look at a packet of Booze Burner, you may ask yourself “How can something without caffeine and sugar possibly increase my energy?”  Caffeine and sugar can create the illusion of energy, but they are actually stimulants and not true energy producing ingredients. Booze burner accomplishes a true energy boost by giving you a blend of B vitamins, NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) and ATP (adenosine triphosphate).

Vitamin B1 is needed to help convert the carbohydrates we eat into glucose. The B vitamins are needed at a cellular level to convert glucose into energy — Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6 and Biotin. A vitamin B deficiency in any of these vitamins can lead to decreased energy production, lethargy and fatigue.

More on B Vitamins

Not only do B vitamins give you energy, they are vital for a healthy nervous system and brain function. A deficiency in any of the B complex vitamins can lead to feeling stressed, anxious and depressed.

A complex of B vitamins is essential for correct RNA and DNA synthesis and cell reproduction. As skin, hair and nails grow constantly, they are renewing themselves and we need the following B vitamins to ensure the good health of these structures — Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B9, Vitamin B12, Biotin and Choline. Deficiencies of any of these B vitamins can lead to dry, grey skin, dermatitis, wrinkles, acne, rashes, falling hair and weak, splitting nails. Booze Burner contains a vitamin B complex!

Since B vitamins are water-soluble, any excess will be excreted through the urine. This excretion is accelerated when you drink. It also means that B vitamins should be taken on a daily basis. The only B vitamin our bodies store is Vitamin B12. Taking a high dose of B complex vitamins (50mg – 100mg) daily can turn urine a bright yellowish-green fluorescent color, but this is perfectly safe.

Weight Loss

Please note: This should only be done under strict conditions and supervision. As a trial meal replacement, I had tried drinking tea, a packet of Booze Burner and a yogurt for lunch for three consecutive days. I ate a normal breakfast and dinner, and did the same amount of exercise as before. After the three days of the Booze Burner lunch diet, I was down 4 pounds!! Booze Burner can act as an appetite suppressant since it contains much of the primary nutrients your body needs. Now, obviously if you get super hungry before meal time by all means have a healthy snack such as celery or carrots or a few small pieces of fruit. It may be a little challenging the first day or so but it worked for me.

Conclusion

The bottom line is this: Not only is Booze Burner an alcohol metabolizer and a way to prevent a hangover, it also packs a punch for detoxification, is an energy supplement and a weight loss promoter. Your challenge is to discover the many ways Booze Burner can be an asset to your life and health.
